Hi Gavin,

I am sorry that you are going through pain and hardship but you did the right thing in asking for prayer. Prayer opens the door of heaven so that God can work his promise in our lives despite what we are going through.
You have to remember that the devil has no real power over you if your trust is in Jesus Christ. He can only lie and tell you things to bring you down. He has no power to take you down!

God determines your future not your circumstance. Take you eyes off of your troubles and put them back on your God! He has the answer and he has the way to bring you out of this struggle. And he will not fail you.

I am praying for you now and will lift you up everyday for protection against those who come against you. (Read Psalm 35)

God will provide for what you need. You just need to believe.

Dear Lord, I understand that there are a lot of hurting people in this world. The enemy has blinded them to the truth of your love and they feel overwhelmed. They believe that their problem is too big even for you. They are hopeless and feeling alone. I pray, dear Jesus, that you touch them right now from the pages of this prayer and let them know that you are with them. Help them to feel your peace as you comfort them in the midst of the storm that they are in. I pray that you heal bodies, mend marriages and relationships, restore finances to those burndened with debt, bring hope to someone who is givng up on life, and heal those whose hearts are breaking in pain. Father, only you can help us in this dark world. Give those reading this prayer a very real sense of your presence. Let them know that they are loved beyond measure no matter what they have done. Break bondages of drugs, alcohol and pornography and restore them to wholeness. I pray against the spirit of abortion and suicide. Let those who are broken know that you have a plan despite their circumstance. You can work all things out and you know how to give them victory in all things. Amen

Anonymous, I want you to know that I will lift you in prayer and trust that God is more than able to meet you where you are and to take you where he wants you to go. Nothing can stop the plan God has for your life. It is a plan to give you hope and a future with promise. I don’t know what you are struggling with but I know that God is bigger than your circumstance. He knows how to rescue you. He can and he will give you his peace as he takes you through your painful situation. And he will provide a sound, perfect solution so that you will know that your God was with you.

Dear Lord,

I lift up my friend who is struggling and overwhelmed. Give my friend your peace and rest as you work out the details of the troubling situation. Lord, you alone know what is right in this situation. Please give my friend a very real sense of your Presence. Give this troubled soul a measure of faith to stand in the storm and remain standing despite the rivers of trouble that comes against my friend. Help this one to know that you will not fail even though others have. You already have the answer to this issue and the details are worked out. You are Sovereign over all things and nothing is impossible for you. Help my friend to know that you are there and you will not leave. It will be worked out for their good. Please let your peace flood my friend as you show yourself to be faithful and true.

Because of Jesus, we can now go boldly to the throne of God. We thank you Lord for hearing and answering our prayer. We praise you for your goodness and your love that endures forever.

Jesus said that we would have many problems in this world but he said, “Take joy! For I have overcome the world”. That sentence says it all. All that comes against us has been DEFEATED at the foot of the cross. You cannot be crushed, you cannot be destroyed. Wait on God. The answer is on its way. I will keep praying. You are never alone!

Dear Lord, I am lifting up today those right now who are carrying a heavy heart. Those who feel that their pain is bringing them down and that their situation is impossible. I pray, my Lord, that you will give them a peace and a strength that defies logic. I pray that you will work in their lives and bring a positive resolution to the struggles that is overwhelming them. Help them to know without a doubt that you will not fail them no matter how bad the issue is. Lord, I am praying for a miracle in someone’s life who has all but given up hope. Be real to this person, dear Jesus. You have an answer and a way out and above every painful trial. You are the Master of the wind so no storm should frighten those who belong to you. You have defeated all of our enemies at the cross. Nothing has power to harm or destroy us. Our troubles now are in your hand and you know what to do. Help the one who is in despair to know that the solution will be coming soon. The timing of his trial is part of your perfect plan and purpose and you will not let it go on one second more than you purposed it to be. You are in complete control. Help him to know that you will show yoursef true, he just needs to hang on and trust. In Jesus name we pray with a living hope. Amen

Hi Jane, I am so sorry that you are going through such a struggle in your life right now. I want you to know that I will be praying for you and lifting your situation up to a God who hears and who will help. If you can continue to trust him in this battle, he will take you through to victory. So many times the enemy convinces us to give up. He makes us believe that our problems are hopeless and impossible. But the truth is that God can do all things! He is never limited by our boundries. He is over all things and all things in creation must obey his will. He is the one who calmed the sea with just a word. He is master of the storm and no wind can take you down. He alone can make a way where there is none. Jesus did not come to die for us so that something in this world could destroy us. He finished the work! It is done. There is no power that will crush a believer whose trust is in him. I don’t care how dire your circumstance, he will make a way! You are not alone and you never will be. Right now, he has dispatched angels to do his work to help you. You don’t have to see it to know that it is true. He is a God who never lies.

One Scripture that I have memorized is 2 Timothy 1:12 which says:

FOR I KNOW WHOM I HAVE BELIEVED AND I AM CONVINCED THAT HE IS ABLE TO GUARD THAT WHICH I TRUST TO HIM FOR THIS DAY.

Listen, if you know your God, than you know his power. You don’t need to beg God to help you if you belong to him through Jesus Christ. Anything that you TRUST God with, he will guard, he will take care of, and he will take you through. That is a promise paid for by the blood of Christ! Don’t ever give in to the taunts of the enemy.

I am going to email you personally with a prayer for you. The battle is not yours. You need only to be still and KNOW that he IS GOD!

God is with you! Be strong.

Dear Lord, I am troubled by the unbelievers in this world that are descending into destruction by the lies of the enemy. I pray for those who will not believe. I pray for the lost who have set themselves up as an enemy of the true and living God. I pray for all those who are coming against the messages you give me to write. I pray that you will open them to the truth before it is too late. This world is a dark place and Satan is blinding people to your love and truth. Jesus, I pray for you to reveal yourself through your church in a mighty way so that some may be saved.
Have mercy on those who are deceived and let them understand that they are on a path that will lead to eternity without you in a place of torment.

Hi Terry, my heart is with you as you watch your mother suffer. I will be keeping Lynda in prayer and trusting God’s perfect will to keep her in his peace. Remember that God’s peace is not only for your mother, it is for you and your sister also. He will not forget that you are filled with grief and feeling helpless. He will bring you the hope that only those who have put their trust in him can experience. You will get through this. Since I don’t know what God’s will is for your mother, I am asking for a miracle healing that will bring glory to God !! I pray that those around her will be astounded by what God can do. Dear heavenly Father, I ask in your name for favor upon those who need a miracle from you. I pray that you will lift the burden for everyone who is in a difficult situation and who needs assurance from you that all will be well. Help those who are in pain and whose world seems to be crumbling all around them. Hold them close to you and keep them in your perfect peace. I pray for marriages to be healed. I pray for finances to be restored and blessed. I pray for job situations and difficulties to be made right. I pray for those who have nowhere to turn and who feel hopeless and alone. Dear Lord, I come in prayer for Felicia and Rick that you may provide them with wisdom and knowledge in your ways and to help them in the battles that they face. I pray that you will be with them in strength in the areas where they are weak. I pray that you will bring them close in agreement on your word and help them to walk together in your ways. Father, I pray for your will in their relationship. Turn back the enemy’s plan to destroy them in the areas of finances, health and emotional stresses. Christ paid the price that allows us access to the throne of God who hears our cry. Never become hopeless no matter what your situation or how impossible it may be. We serve a Savior who has defeated our enemies at the cross.

Dear Lord, help those who are anxious and troubled in their lives. Give them your peace to hold on and your power to overcome all that comes against them. Let them know you in a very real way. I pray for those who need to know that you are the God who will never leave them. You alone can work out every struggle in their life and take them through every storm. Dear Lord, I come before you once again to lift up those who have come to this site. They are seeking you, Lord, and need your help. Please be with them in strength in all of their difficulties. Give them hope om this painful trial. Help them to know that you are going to take them safely through this fiery furnace and give them a greater sense of who you are. They will know when it is over that they had an encounter with the living God!

Jesus, make your presence real to them at this time. Let them see the light of your glory surrounding them in their pain and bringing them the peace that only your can give. I bind any evil spirits that ssek to blind them from this message of truth.

Dear Deborah, please know that I have taken your prayer to my heart and will continue to pray for this young man’s cause. I work in prison ministry so I understand what he is facing. My heart is with him and his family, especially since he has been wrongfully convicted. But keep in mind that God has the power to change rulings and to free those who are given life sentences. It will be his will alone and I pray that this young man will keep his eyes on Christ who will not fail him. As he probably has read in Scripture, Joseph was imprisoned by a false accusation of Potiphar’s wife. God knew where he was. He used the years that Joseph had in prison to get him ready to be royalty! A shepherd boy was made royalty in the waiting room of God while in prison!! Nothing defeats God’s perfect plan for our lives when we give our life to him. I will be praying for this young man and his mother. Dear Lord, the darkness of the days makes it difficult to stand in faith and believe. The enemy is casting doubt in the lives of people who are struggling with problems. I pray that you will bring your strength and peace to those who are growing weary in the battles they face. Help them to stand and take hope in the promise that you made to never forsake us. Hi John, I have lifted you up in prayer and will continue to do so. God owns the sheep on a thousand hills so I am sure that it is not a problem for him to help you with your finances. While you wait, trust him to do the work in you that he has planned. Our light and momentary troubles always are working out something so far greater. If you have written a book under God’s inspiration, have no doubt that he is able to get the book published! I am praying for doors to open right now. When you work for God, the enemy will always be at your door trying to stop you. The good thing is that he can’t and he knows it! All he can do is frustrate you and make you feel defeated. Don’t give in to his lies.

John, pray that God searches your heart to make sure that all of your ways are lining up with his. If you feel the peace that they are, then rest and wait for God’s purpose and plan for your life to be fulfilled. Do not fret or worry for that indicates a lack of trust in the God who will never fail you.

Your tough situation may be bringing you some pain now, but if you keep your eyes on Christ, you will see your deliverance. He knows how to rescue the godly from their trials. And you are correct in saying that God is in control even when you feel you aren’t!

Never let your situation cause you to think that God is not going to help you. Let your faith stand the test so that it might be proven genuine. Keep strong and stay in the Word for it is there that you will find peace. I will be keeping you and your mother in prayer and trusting that God will comfort you in these tough times.

Dear Lord, As I look through all the requests that are listed, I pray that your will is being unfolded into each and every one of those who need prayer. I pray for your merciful peace to fill each of them as you help them to know that you are with them and that you will not fail. I pray that they will grow in strength and to remember that you have never left them in the past. I am glad that you stopped by here for I will certainly pray for you. You must keep in mind that as a believer, you WILL have the strength and courage that you need in court. The Lord himself has angels surrounding you right now for he has given them charge over you. Those who are set apart for Christ have his power in all circumstances. There is no need for you to have fear for your safety. God will deal with those who come against you! You are not going to court alone! God himself will be there for you are never out of his sight. I will be praying for your safety and for favor by the judge. The lawyer for your ex will have no power to destroy you for your path is set by Jesus Christ alone! I will be praying for godly people to surround you and help you. Though all looks dark now, the Lord knows how to shine his light of victory in your circumstance.

Jozell, I am not just giving you nice words, I am giving you the truth that is written in God’s word! Jesus paid the price so that even though we go through storms, the outcome is always in his hands. ALWAYS! You just keep holding onto what God says is true and let him cause even this to work for your good. The enemy of your soul wants you to believe that your ex is something to fear. People will fail you all the time. It is only God who is faithful to do for us all that he has said. If this man does not want to be with you, why would you want him in your life? Your prayers should be for God’s will in your life and for him to bring someone into your life who is right and who will appreciate and respect you. Never settle for someone who does ot treat you well or who does not totally respect you! You will never be happy.

I will pray for you, Kriana, that you can grow in the trust that Jesus has a plan for your life and that he knows whwt and who will make you happy. I pray that you will be able to wait upon God and his will for you. Your pain for this man will end – sooner than you think. But you must continue to keep your eyes on God and seek to follow in his ways. I am praying for you!

Dear Kriana, I am so sorry that you did not pass the board exams. I know that it is a hard time for you but I am still praying for you. Most importantly, I want you to keep in mind one very valid truth. God has a plan for your life and it will not be stopped because you did not pass the exam. God knows how to take you where he knows it is good for you to be. Never lose hope because God can still open doors for you and he can still do great things for you. This situation is not out of the power of God to help. So many times we hear of how someone would not make the grade needed for a particular career and yet would find out later that it was a blessing because God had something better in mind. Before you were born, God knew about this problem and he knew that his perfect plan for you would not stop. It is going to be his way and in his timing but it will be perfect for you. God knows the beginning to end of your life. He knows what is good even though it may not be what you think is good.

Kriana, you must trust at this time! You must! If you are a child of the true, living God, you must believe him at his word! He will not fail you. He will take you to greater and higher places if you will just surrender your ways to his. It is not easy, but Jesus is with you the whole way. My heart is with you. Hi Lyn, I am glad that you stopped here because I do take all of these requests seriously and lift them up to God’s magnificent throne of grace where his help never fails!

I am sorry that you are having such financial problems. Most of my prayers are for those going through financial difficulties all over this world. It has never been so bad. Everyone is struggling in some aspect in this area. If you look through my writings, you will see that I continually stress one very important fact and that is that God has a plan for your life that will not fail! Your money problems will not stop his plan for your future. I do not know if you have a real relationship with Jesus Christ. If you do, then you must believe that he is now working all things out for your victory. Jesus did not die so that you could be destroyed because you do not make enough money. Also, if you are doing your best to comply with your school requirements, God can help you to succeed in that area. You must balance what you do and be sure that your relationship to God is put first! That is so important. You need to start your day with the reading of Scripture. It is the armor that will keep you focused and protected from the slings and arrows of the enemy. The Scriputure says that if you seek first the kingdom of God, he will give to you all else that you need. Your time with God cannot be a second thought that you fit into your schedule. He must come first! If you are not doing that, you are not going to succeed. The times are hard but God already knew what you would need to have an abundant life long before you were born. You must walk in trust to what he has promised those who believe.

I want you to know that I will be prayig for you, Lyn, and I know that as you strive to do what is right, God will be working out this struggle for you.
Never give up and never surrender to the enemy who was defeated by the cross of Christ! Times may be difficult for you but they are not for the power of God! Believe and trust that God will not fail you for he never will.

Dear Renz, first of all I want you to be assured that God will not send you trials and problems because of your fall once again into pornography. That is not in the character of God. He is a good God and a forgiving one. He came to set you free from the bondages of sin. But, there is a consequence if you continue in your addiction to porn because there quite definitely are evil spirits attached to pornography. You may be led from your walk and be led as a slave to your sin if you continue. But if you are willing to let God work through you, he will give you his strength to overcome your desires to pornography. The best thing for you to do is to get into the word of God. The power over all of your temptations lies in knowing the truth. Jesus died to set you free from the power of sin. If you are in Christ, you have his strength to not give in to the carnal nature which wants to take you down.
Jesus tells us that he will always provide a way out of every temptation if you are willing. Your weakness will not stop his perfect plan for your life but you must be willing to surrender your will to Christ. It is the only way to victory.

Hi Kevin, I am very sorry for the pain you are experiencing in your marriage. However, you are so right to say that God has a plan! How quick we forget that when we are in the midst of a trial but it is so true. I know how hard it can be when two people who vowed to stay in that covenant with God now no longer desire to do so. It is a very lonely, painful matter.

But God knows how to heal our hurts and bind up our wounds. God has the power to restore relationships and take back what the enemy stole. Somehow, the enemy knew your weak spots and infiltrated your marriage. Genine is now turning to others instead of to God. My prayer is for both of you. You need to stay in prayer for Genine and to seek God’s will for what he would have you to do. Until or unless Genine decides she will not come back to this marriage, YOU FIGHT FOR HER! Do not just surrender your marriage to the enemy. Trust and see what God can do. God will not force his will upon your wife but your prayers can move mountains. So many times, married partners get caught up in the day to day business of making a living and existing and forget that it takes three to make a marriage work.Christ must be the center. Kevin, you are doing what you should be doing now. Keep praying and studying God’s word. Of course, a good place to study would be in the book of Hosea who also had to deal with a wayward wife.

I don’t know what is going to happen in your marriage but I will be keeping you and Genine in prayer. Kevin, I pray with conviction because I know that God hears prayer. He has taken me through all the struggles in my life even when I was too weary to continue. He will do the same for you. Pray, my brother, and keep watch for what God tells you. Stay around godly people who know the word and will give you wise counsel. The secular world will lead you down the wrong path. Whatever happens, if you trust God to help you and surrender your ways to his, he will make sure to protect you no matter what the outcome.

I was just getting ready to do my nightly prayers when I saw your request. You will be lifted up tonight and each night after. I don’t forget any of these prayer requests and I am faithful to pray over them nightly.

Don’t give up and don’t listen to the lies of the enemy! When you think thoughts of defeat and anger, it is the voice of the enemy who wants to destroy you. If you belong to Christ, he cannot!! Read some of my articles because I deal with these same issue.

Dear Lord, I lift all of these prayer requests up to you. I pray that you will meet these friends where they are. If they are too weak to come to you, may you please bring them to you with your strength and in peace. Father, I pray for your blessings on them and on their families. I pray for their finances and for good health in their bodies. I pray for marriages to be restored and made whole and holy. I pray for relationships to be healed. I pray for those who are struggling with sin issues to be set free from those bondages. I pray for those who are troubled by job issues and decisions that must be made. I pray that you work all things out for their good as you surround them with your love and hope.

Dear Lord, for those who feel like giving up, bring them near to you and restore to them the dreams that the enemy stole. You alone are the source of all that we have. No good will you ever deny those who belong to you. Help my friends trust that you will not fail them. Bring godly people in their lives to help them with the burdens that they carry. And may they know, without a doubt, the peace that transcends all understanding by the promise that you gave us. Hi Kriana, So glad that you stopped back. I am so happy that God helped you in that job situation. Although you did not make the board exams for now, you have been put in a good position. That is God’s favor on you. You just keep studying for the next exam. You can do it.

I want to ask you something, Kriana, so that you may understand what I am about to say to you. Do you want God to give you whatever you ask for even if it means you will be destroyed by it? God is good and he has great plans for those who believe in the finished work of his Son, Jesus. In fact, in Psalm 84, we are told that “No good does God withhold from those who are righteous”. That means that if you belong to Christ, God cannot stop you from having ANYTHING that is good for you. By his own character, he cannot deny you something good. IF it were good for you to be with the guy you really like, God would have blessed it. You surely don’t want to get into a relationship with someone who will make you miserable in the end. God knows what is good. When you pray, trust his judgment on that. God’s word says to present your requests to him! Don’t be afraid. He is not disappointing you, Kriana! He is either holding it for the perfect timining or he knows that what you are praying for will be detremental to you! That is truth!! Go to God in prayer expecting that he will either give you what you ask, or that he will give you the peace that you need to know that even though you did not get what you wanted, you got what was best! God is working all things out for your good. I know your heart is broken, but God knows how to mend your heart and still give you joy in the midst of your pain.

Kriana, you need to read the word of God daily so that you can know the God that you serve. He wants you to know him initmately! Every day he will take you closer to him so that you will get to trust him for all that goes on in your life. Remember, God is not hurting you or disappointing you when you ask him for things in prayer. He is working it out so that his perfect plan for your life will be unfolded in the manner he ordained for you. When you pray, talk to Jesus about your desires and ask him to show you what is right.

Dear Robin, I am so sorry that you are going through this serious financial difficulty. I know it is hard to not be anxious when your husband is without a job, but with God’s help, you can have peace. When you can know that God is working ALL things out in your life, even this situation, you can have the peace that surpasses all understanding as you wait upon God.

Robin, I want you to read two messages I wrote: WHEN GOD SEEMS SILENT, and, IS WORRY YOUR GOD?. These two articles will give you the truth of how to be sure that God will not fail you. If you belong to Christ, nothing can defeat you nor can anything destroy you or your family. Your situation did not come as a shock to Jesus. He knew long before the foundation of the earth all that you would have to endure. And here is the best part, Robin, God made a way for you to have victory in every single one of them!! I know that you are struggling now. Believe me when I tell you that I will be keeping you and your family in prayer every night as I do for all of these requests. But you need to show your faith now when you are facing your giants! In Scripture, David KNEW that his God was bigger than the giant that was trying to kill him. Joseph knew that his God was with him even when he was sold into slavery and put into prison. The three Jewish boys were ready to go into the furnace and be killed because they knew that God could do all things. Robin, you must grow in that faith also. God knows how to provide for you! You may get to the end of everything you have but you will NEVER get to the end of all God has for you!! Do not make this problem bigger than your God! God owns the sheep on a thousand hills! Everything on this earth is his! How hard is it for God to get your husband a job that is good for him?

Until the perfect timing of God’s plan, rest in peace knowing that God will not fail you. God is not looking at your money problems now, Robin, he is looking at YOU! What will he see? Someone who will trust him to keep her on top of the water even when the winds and waves seem overwhelming? You can do it, Robin. God is with you in all things. He sees your whole life and he has it worked out. Don’t fret over tomorrow for God owns tomorrow!

It may seem simplistic to tell you to just believe, but actually, faith is the key to allow God’s greatest power to work in your life. I have gone through financial difficulties and God got me through when all hope was gone. I am going through a painful trial right now in my life, but God has taken me too far for me to ever start doubting him now. I don’t see the answer or feel the answer to my problem – but I just know my God will do all that he has promised. I pray that you will know that too in your struggle.

Hi Jenna, What happened to you in this situation also happened to a couple from this area. The birth mother gave one child up and a good couple adopted him. A few years later she was pregnant again and asked the couple if they would also adopt this baby. Of course the couple said yes. After it was all done, the birth mother said she didn’t realize what she was doing and wanted the new baby back!! The poor couple went through many many courts but in the end, the child stayed with them and with his brother!

As I told you before, the decision still belongs to God. You were blessed by this child and I believe God is going to take you through this battle victoriously. Keep your eyes on Christ and never let the enemy give you his lies meant to frustrate you. I will continue praying until this whole issue is resolved. It may get hard for you, but your God is not going to fail you! He never loses a battle! Stay strong and stay in God’s word. I am praying!

Robin, I just want you to remember that every trial is allowed in your life for a specific purpose. While that does not make the situation seem better it does help you to understand that this struggle cannot defeat you. Your family and home are not going to be destroyed. God knows how to lift you up and take you where he wants you to go. And though it is painful to wait on God, his strength will carry you when you become too weary to stand. When the storm has passed, and it will, if you have kept your eyes on Christ through it, you will no longer be in the same place but raised higher. Your faith allows God to move you to higher ground and closer to his glory. You and your family will be blessed beyond measure. You cannot lose if you can keep the faith. And that is why I am praying for you each night so that you will know without a doubt that God is behind the scenes right now working everything out! He alone has determined your future!! Hi Jenna, I was wondering how the case went and have been praying for it. This stay is actually good for your side. Obviously the court is not real anxious for Noah to go back to the birth mother. God is working something out as we speak. He knows the outcome so our prayers are lining up with his will. I do pray that after a review, this case will go quickly. Hi Milly, I am glad that you stopped by and shared your prayer requests. I know that sometimes it seems like everything in our lives is just crumbling all around. The truth is that if you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, your future cannot be taken from you. He will always provide a way to take you on the path that he has for you. That includes providing you with the spouse that is good for you.

I will keep you in prayer for your health. A lot of us get those fibroids and I know they can be painful. The doctors usually have good success with removing them and you should have no problems having children. But I will keep praying.

As for your boyfriend who ended your relationship, I will pray for God’s will in that area. God has created you and knows what and who will be right just for you. You do not need to beg a man to be with you. The right one will never want to leave your side. The wrong one will make your life full of misery. You need to trust God in that area. And most importantly, you need to wait on him to bring the one that is for you. Please don’t try to make it happen. That never works.

As far as your finanical problems, I know how tough it can be. So many of us are struggling in this economy. But in God’s economy, he can and will provide all that you need. Trust and surrender all that you have to him that he may bless you and give you the desires that you pray for. Ask him if there is any area in which you are not properly handling your finances. If there is nothing, than just continue to walk in his ways trusting that he will take you through this difficulty.

Milly, I will be praying with you. Each night I will lift you up as I do the others listed here. Don’t get frustrated and give up. God has a way and he will make it happen – in his time and his way. Read your bible daily to keep up your faith as you wait for God to provide all that you need.

Dear Renz, I am so glad you came here for prayer. Of course I will continue to lift you in prayer for a total healing. I am concerned about your situation but will trust that God has his way and power to bring you to wholeness. I know you are devastated by this news but please remember that God will always be bigger than ANYTHING that comes against you in body and mind! Jesus died to give us victory in all areas of our lives. He knew before you were born that you would have to endure this trial but he has a purpose and plan to take you through it. I don’t know who is telling you that you are going to die early? God alone has numbered your days and no one but he can say that. High blood pressure and diabetes is very serious but I am praying even now that the healing power of God will touch your mother where she is and begin restoring her to wholeness. While you are away from her, keep trusting! God is looking for those who can trust him even when things seem bleak. I pray that your faith will increase during this time of trial. Your mother means a lot to you. I will keep her in prayer every single night until she is healed.

Hi Joyce, I will keep you in prayer for your immigation issues and your mother’s health. I am so sorry that you are having this painful trial but I will pray that God will work it out for your good as he becomes your strength when you have none of your own. Yes, Joyce, God does know that plans that he has for us- plans to give us a future and one with hope and promise! Jesus did not die so that we would struggle and fail. He died to give us the victory over all things. It is tough to wait it out but your faith is being stretched to make you stronger.

Dear John, I wanted to stop and offer up a prayer for you before I said anything to you. I am so happy that God brought you here. I will be lifting your request up each night as I do all the others. We serve a God who hears our pleas and is willing to reach down into our lives and help us.

I will be praying for your wife to have a spirit of forgiveness and love toward you despite how you have hurt her. Please know that it will take time for your wife to understand that you truly mean what you say now. I pray that God will bless her abundantly and that she will have the love that she did once. She may still have that love now, but it is being deflected by her hurt by what you have done.

John, God knows how to restore families and he has the power to bring you and your wife into wholeness again. Hi Renz, It is good to hear from you again. I am sorry about the strife you are experiencing in your life. It is good that you did not answer disrespectfully to your mother. God will honor that. Perhaps you should have just told her that you were going to leave because you were feeling hurt and needed to go. Then, no matter what she answered back, she at least knew that you were hurt and that is the reason you were reacting in pain.

Your mother and your sister may be used by the enemy to frustrate you in your life. You need to fight that battle BEFORE you meet with them. Pray that God will be with you in strength and wisdom. Ask for patience and understanding. Then when you are with your mother and sister, you have already put on the armor of God and surrendered them up to God. Release your hurt to the One who can give you his peace. The conflict that your mother initiates cannot hurt you when you realize the source of the attack! We don’t fight flesh and blood but spirits and principalities and rulers of darkness. Your mother and sister are being used by spirits who know your weakness and are trying to sabotage you in your faith. Understand and don’t let their words break you. You have the truth in you and greater is He that is in you then anything that comes against you. You do not need their validation for you already are accepted into the family of Christ. Don’t give in to the taunts of jealousy by your sister. Ignore them and just give it to God. God is watching you. He sees that you are trying to handle this his way and he will help you.

I will be praying for you, Renz, and for your family. For whatever reason that they are doing this to you, God can cause even this to be used for your good. Read in Scripture how David was scorned by his brother in 1 Samuel 17. God took David through it and he will do the same for you.

Continue to respect you mother, Renz, and let God take you through the rest. I will be praying for you!

I am so happy with your update, Renz, and that you see that God is indeed working all things out for you. You need to wait upon him and trust that he can and will take you through your battles. So many people forget that the eyes of God are always on them. Christ did not suffer and die for our redemption only to leave us alone until we die! He is with us now in all things and he will continue to be with those who put their trust in him. You need to walk with him daily, Renz, and stay in the word. The enemy knows of your weakness for pornography and will wait in the shadows for a time when you are vulnerable to take you back into it. You have to take every single one of your thoughts captive and line them up to God’s will. When you find yourself thinking on things that are against God’s will, FIGHT it off in God’s power. All sin begins in the mind first. You did not give in to sin and disrespect your mother when she hurt you. You must continue in that power. Do what is right. God knows how to take care of the people who come against you. Read and study God’s word each day. Give him the time you should. Then watch as your life is changed for the better as you understand the power of God. As for the girl that was in your life, I don’t know if God pulled her out or let her of her free will do what she did. Either way, God knows who is right for you. At the right time, he will show you. Don’t be anxious to make things happen on your own. You will fail if you do.

Dear Bridget, I just said a prayer for you and your husband and I will continue to lift you up each night. I am so sorry for what you are going through. Times are so tough now and everyone is experiencing difficulties in some area of their lives. It is hard to keep the faith and believe that God is going to work it all out for us as believers and use our trials for good. But through it all, we must believe because Christ died to give us a life with promise and a future. That does not mean we will not have problems. It does mean that in the midst of our problems, he will be causing it all to be used to empower us in all of our battles. Our strength comes when we stand trusting despite our circumstance. Bridget, I have said it so many times but you need to be reminded that your situation, painful as it may be, is not bigger than your God nor out of his reach to help you through it. If you sometimes feel that way, it is because the enemy is working on you to bring you down and frustrate your life with his lies. Prayers do work! What kind of God would create us, provide for our redemption and then leave us to fight our own battles? God does know where you are and he knows what you are going through. He is going to bring you to victory but it will be his way. That may be hard to understand but as I have found out, God’s ways are better!! I wrote an article on my site here titled GOD’S WAYS WILL ALWAYS BE HIGHER which I want you to read.

In the meantime, keep yourself in God’s word. Let his truth fill you so that you will know that he is more than enough to get you through. Don’t not try to carry your own burdens – you will not be able to. Ask Christ to help you to rest in him. When you worry and fret about things, you are in essence saying that God can’t help you. I know your husband has a serious surgery to face and your back is very bad, but it is not impossible for God to heal and restore you both. Several of my articles deal with financial problems. Read them over and find out what I discovered and that is that God will not fail you in any area of your life if your faith is in the cross of Christ. If you are a believer, every one of your struggles must bow to the will of God’s plan for your life! He is sovereign and over ALL things.

Please know that I will not cease praying for you and your husband during this trial. I know what my God can do and I will be lifting you up each night as I do all of these requests. I will be praying for the results of your board exams to be good. If you gave it all you had, I am sure they will be. You asked that if you don’t pass them, did God plan it? Kriana, God NEVER plans for your failure. He is the one who works for the good all of your weaknesses. And you are worth so much to Christ that he paid the price for you to have a future with promise. You must not talk badly about yourself. That is what the enemy does. God has plans for you, Kriana, and they will be accomplished. You must trust and believe that he is in everything that comes against you.

Kriana, the bible says that if you commit what you do to God, HE will make your plans succeed. I want you to pray and ask God to search your heart to find out if you are committing all things to him, or if you just want things your way. Dear Lily, I am happy that you stopped by for prayer. If you read my site, you will see that I take prayer very seriously because I know that God hears! He did not create us and then leave us to fend this world on our own. Jesus came to give us hope that he is able to give us an abundant life with purpose! He has a perfect plan for your life, Lily, and if you can trust him with it all, he will give you the desires of your heart. If it is good, God will give it to you.

I don’t know why there is some communication problems in your relationship but usually, all couples have some issues in that area. If your fiance really loves you, and you love him, these small things can all be worked out. You need to talk to your fiance and tell him exactly how you feel and find out what he is feeling also. Life is tough and has a way of interrupting all of our plans but God’s purpose for your life will stand no matter what comes against you. I am hoping that you and your future husband have a caring relationship which has Christ at the center! If you love your God, it will pour out in your relationship to others. You two must purpose in your heart not to ever get too busy to put the other first! That is so important and is something that God will bless.

I want you to know, Lily, that I will be praying for you and your fiance each night! God has the power to help you both stay on the course that he has set for your life. Hi Mia, good to have you here. Jesus said that “My sheep listen to my voice, I know them and they follow me.”(John 10:25)

You will know if it is God speaking to your heart because all that is said will line up with Scripture. God will never have you do something apart from what his word says. Sometimes it is a word that may challenge you and make you step out in faith. But it will always be in line with message of the gospel. Search out God in Scripture. As your read your bible daily, God will speak to you through the pages of his holy word. You will have no doubt that it is Christ who is calling you to do things for his kingdom. But each day, read and study in his word so that you are prepared for him.

Hi Rio, I am so glad you stopped by. I have been praying over what you wrote because I want to give you the advice that I hope comes from the wisdom God has given me. I will keep praying for you each night because God alone knows what plans he has for your life. All I can do now is to lift you up and pray that you will wait upon God to direct your steps and to strengthen your heart to what you should do. The most important thing is to surrender your will to God. You need to desire to have only that which God wants for you. When you try to make a situation happen by yourself, you just set yourself up for heartache. Please, take it from me for I have been there.

You said you broke up with your boyfriend because he wanted to pursue his dream of becoming a fighter and thus did not have much time for you. I believe you already know this, dear Rio, but true love ALWAYS finds time no matter what the circumstance! Now it may be that he is going to find it out one day that he wants you in his life to help him with his dream. But if he doesn’t, you deserve more than putting your life on hold for someone who has already put his career first over your relationship. Is that all you think you deserve, Rio?

God created you with a perfect plan for your life. He never sets his people up to come second in anything. If you belong to Christ, you are a joint heir with him to a kingdom that has no end. You are being prepared for royalty and yet you are selling yourself short in this life! So many people overlook the warning signs before getting married which is why more that 50% if them end in divorce.

Rio, I want you to continue praying for your ex. Pray for God to bless him and open his eyes to the truth. But also, I want you to pray for God to lead you in the direction he would have you go in this matter. Let God know that you are willing to take whatever path he has planned as good for your life. God knows how to give you the desires of your heart if they line up with his will. I will be praying for God to give you the strength you need to do whatever it is he is calling you to do. It will work out for you, Rio, and God will bless your life because of your willingness to do it his way. You cannot lose.

Hi Lily, it is good to get back with renewed strength from God. I DO feel your prayers, Lily, and while I was away, I lifted your name up each day for God to help you in your life.

I am happy that you have a peace about your situation. But, I do want to say one thing. You must take this truth from me because it is something that God has shown to me. You do not need to ask God for a sign that he is working things out in your life. The only sign you will ever need was given to you on Calvary over 2000 years ago. Jesus said, ” It is finished” and our redemption was made complete and final. That also means that his promise to help us no matter what burden we have is also true. If you belong to Christ, ALL that affects your life must bow to the will of God for your life! It must! His perfect plan for you, Lily, is completed. He sees beginning to end of the time you have on this earth and he has made each second count for your good! Jacky seems like a nice guy, but God alone knows his heart. That is why I want you to communicate your feelings to Jacky so that you can come together in oneness on your future. You deserve to know his intentions and he should know how you feel. If you are to be one, you need to speak your heart now.

You were so right on to say: “Put your hope in God, not people nor situation”. That is absolutely the truth! God knows what is best. So many times I thought that God had disappointed me, but found out later that his decision was the best. Continue to pray for Jacky and for your relationship to line up with the will of God. He is not going to disappoint you, Lily.

Hi Bridget, I am really sorry about your health problems. That is a difficult trial to bear especially when you have a young child who needs you. These times are so hard for everyone and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better.

The truth for you as a believer is that you cannot be defeated by your problems. They may weigh you down and make you weary, but they have no power to destroy your life or stop the perfect plan that God has for your life. But even knowing that, you are wondering how are you going to get through these days of pain?

Birdget, you must immerse yourself in prayer and reading of God’s word. You are in such a difficult battle that you need to stand on the truth every single day. God is going to take you through this storm. But until he does, you need to keep trusting and not giving up. This battle needs to be fought by the forces of heaven for it is too strong for you. God knows how to heal your body and that of your husband. I am going to pray every night as I have been that God will bring you both to wholeness in health. I pray that God will give you his peace while you wait upon the perfection of the plan that he has for your family. Surrender your pain and fear to Jesus. He will give you rest. As difficult as it seems to believe, God will not let you linger one minute more than he has planned for your good. The bible tells us that sorrow may last for a night, but joy comes in the morning. That means that all the pain you are enduring now has a time for it to end. God’s time. He knows the purpose for everything that he allows in your life and he will not fail to help you.

I want you to know that I will be praying for you and your husband each night as I do with all of these requests. I know it is a struggle for you to hang on, but you must stand in faith for a little while longer. God will reward you for trusting him in a time when it seems like it will never end. My heart is with you, Bridget, and I will not forget to pray for you. I don’t know much, but I do know the God I serve and by his own word, he will not withhold any good thing from us. Dear Sandy, I will be lifting you up each day for this battle that you are now facing. My friend, you must be a threat to the enemy and that is why you are going through this struggle! But your God is bigger than that which comes against you. These frustrations that the enemy from hell is sending your way cannot take you down nor destroy the plan God has for your life. As a minister for the Kingdom of God, you have a light that satan wants to put out. The truth is that he cannot now or ever!! Your family will not collapse. You may be shaken for the moment but as I always tell believer, you are not standing on this shifting earth, you are standing on the promise of Christ! He is an unmovable Rock who will not let you be destroyed!

Sandy, you must immerse yourself in the word of God so that his truth is the barrier to any attacks that come against you. I am so glad you stopped here because now I will be joining you in this battle and we will not be defeated! You are not going around in circles like the Israelites who kept doubting their God. I know at the core of your heart, you KNOW your God and that he is more than able to get you through this. You are weary now, but soon you will be lifted up in power if you keep your eyes on Christ. He is not going to fail you. You mean way too much for him to leave you on your own. Right now, even in moments of fear and despair, your God is with you! Next to you! He is not going to leave you alone for a single half second. Don’t look at your circumstance, dear sister, look at your God! Is he not on the throne? Is not everything subject to his will? Lift your eyes up to the truth. The bible says in Isaiah 41:13, “ I am the LORD. your God ,who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” That is the verse you must stay with. It is for you today!

My dear friend, I will be praying today about that which is trying to keep you bound. Jesus has set you free and he will never let you be in bondage to any demon. The enemy knows this. All he has to do is convince you that it is not true. You are going to come through this trial renewed and stronger for having endured it. God has mighty plans to use you for his kingdom and his plans will stand to the end. If you shine a light for Christ, you will be attacked. Please read my article, IS YOUR NAME KNOWN IN HELL. Hi Rio, you have put yourself in the best place ever – a place of surrender to God’s will. You cannot lose in that position. I know you want everything to work out for you and Andrew, and it may! But you must be willing in case this isn’t the path for you. When you can confess that you do not know what to do but that you are willing to trust God to guide you in his way, you are enabling him to give you all that is good! So many times I put my desires ahead of God and tried to make things happen in my relationships. That never works and I brought much pain into my life. Keep praying for Andrew and for your heart to totally line up with the will of God. God can make all good happen in your life.

Hi Melva, I am glad that you brought these prayer requests to my site as I lift all of them up each night and I trust that God hears and will work through each person’s struggle and bring them to victory.

Depression is becoming more prevalent as the days grow darker in this perishing world. It is tough all around and the economic downslide is affecting nearly everyone. I will be praying for Pam, Diana and Karen each night that they will know without a doubt that God is working all things out in their lives for good. Satan wants to steal our joy and convince us that our future is bleak. But those are lies from a defeated enemy who was overcome by the cross of Jesus Christ.

I will pray that these women will know that Christ has a way to restore them to wholeness and heal them from this painful depression. There is always hope and always a way for God to do a mighty work in them despite their pain and weakness. Please tell them that I will continue to pray for them and I hope that they have learned to believe that God will not fail them. May they stay in peace because nothing they endure will ever be beyond God’s power to help!

Hi Marcela, my heart is with you for what you are enduring and I will definitely be keeping you in prayer each and every night! The enemy is going around trying to destroy God’s people and one of his best weapons is to break up families. This is really sad that so many people are buying into the lie from Satan.

I know you are hurting, Marcela. It is good that you are trusting in God’s promises because he is going to take you through this. I have confessed on my site that there was a time where my marriage was ending and I literally thought that I was going to drown in my tears. For six months I was devastated beyond belief. That marriage did end but God’s love and mercy on me never ended. He took me through and above my paiin. He brought me to a new level of wholeness. And he proved that he was a God who cares. What I thought was going to kill me actually just made me stronger.

I don’t know what is going on with your husband but I will be praying for him also. He will pay a consequence because God has said let no man or nothing seperate what I have joined together! He will regret his actions one day if he doesn’t repent and be the husband and father he is supposed to be. In the meantime, you must keep on praying and studying the word. The truth must fill you mind so that the enemy does not have a foothold and weary you with his lies. This situation is not beyond the help of our God. He knows what to do to help you. You will not be alone in this battle, dear sister, for your God is a mighty force and he will take you through it safely. I pray that he will help you to understand that he can make a way where there is none. Whatever happens, if your trust is in Christ, you will not be harmed. I am praying even now for you.

Dear Lupita, My heart is breaking to hear all that you are going through. I have been praying for you all day today. I will be lifting you up every single night because I know that God will not leave you to drown in your sea of trouble. If your hope is in the cross of Christ and his finished work, he will not let you be destroyed. Although it seems that way to you now, Christ has a way out. By faith you must believe what your eyes and ears do not see or hear now. He will not fail you! Your struggles are working out a divine purpose to bring you closer to the heart of God. While you don’t understand it all now, soon you will. The pain you are enduring is being timed by the hand of God for a specific purpose. That purpose is good and will strengthen you for future battles. We all have been tested by the hand of God but he alone knows the purpose. Just believe, dear sister, that Christ died to give you life abundantly. In a little while, this struggle will be over and you will be better for having gone through it. That is a promise!

I will be praying for an even better job for you. Hold on to the promises of Christ. Don’t let the enemy fill your head with lies, frustration and fear! Hi Kriana, Sorry that you did not pass your exams yet, but you must keep at it and take the tests again. The only failures are the ones who give up! You are ready to take them again. Your main problem is that you keep belittling yourself. You are more than qualified but the enemy is trying to make you believe that you can’t do it or that you are a failure. You are not, Kriana! You are blessed and gifted and you must keep trying. Hi Jacqueline, I know you are feeling completely powerless and hopeless at this moment but I want you to know that I will be praying for you each night. Somehow in the midst of all this seemingly impossible situation that you are in, Christ is at the center and he has the power to work even this out for your good if you will trust him. I can remember being in a similar situation years ago. I was a single mother and felt like I was going to drown in debt and end up homeless! It was very scary. I had to do the one thing that I was unable to do before in my life and that was – trust that Christ could take me through this. Growing up poor and having to work for all that I had made this one of the hardest areas of surrender for me. Yet somehow God knew all this and he helped me even though despite my weakness. He is going to do the same for you.

I will be praying each night for you, Jacqueline, as I do for all these requests. Somehow, someway, God is going to show you his power. Keep yourself in the word of God so that you can take a stand when the enemy tries to get you to think that you are going to be destoyed. Your God is Sovereign over all that is in your life. Dear Lord, As I review all of these prayer requests, I am humbled that you use me as an intercessor to your throne for them. I am heartbroken over the struggle that each one of them is enduring and I pray that you will draw each of them closer to you during this time of trial. I pray for victory in finances, strength to overcome weaknesses, healing for marriages, help in job situations, relationship guidance and the knowledge that you are the source of strength in every one who is listed here. I pray that you will continue to show your mercy and goodness as you work out your perfect plan in their lives. I pray for them to have forgiveness towards those who have hurt them. I pray for hope to reign in their hearts as they come to the understanding that you will not fail them. Your timing and your ways are higher, dear Jesus, but you are able to give them peace as you take them out of the furnace of affliction and bring them to safety. Hi Tiffany, I am so glad you stopped here for now I will be keeping you in prayer. I know how hard it can be to let go of past hurts. Just when you think you have a handle on it, the enemy reminds you again and again of how you were wronged! If he can get you to dwell on your pain enough, he can make you ineffective for the kingdom of God. Don’t let his lies fill your mind!

We all have been hurt by people, Tiffany. The worst betrayals are done by someone close to you. Someone you would never have thought could hurt you. This should not come as a surprise to you. The bible tells us that everyone will fail us………..but Christ never will. With that in mind, you must focus on the fact that God has forgiven you many times over. There were times when you acted in rebellion to God and his ways and yet, he always took you back. We can forgive because we have been forgiven. When you forgive someone, Tiffany, you leave them to God. You don’t wish evil or harm to them. You pray for those who have harmed you. In that way, you show yourself to be a true child of God! It is the most difficult thing to do but it is something that you must do.

People who have hurt you do not get away with anything. You may forget what they did but God never does. He will deal with the person who hurt you – in his timing and his way. Trust him, Tiffany. Never dwell on your pain for it gives the devil a foothold to take YOU down! Surrender your hurt and pain to God and let him heal you. It is a process but God will soon restore you to wholeness if you allow him. What was done to you does not compare to what we all did to Christ with our sins. Yet we have been forgiven and are being prepared for royalty in eternity! What good does it do to cling to anger and bitterness over someone’s actions when all it does is destroy you?

I will be praying for you, Tiffany. If you have Christ as your Lord and Savior than the power over all of your struggles is in you now! Repent of this sin of unforgiveness and let Christ show you a better way. He is not going to let you down. Hi Glenn, I am very glad that you stopped by my site. I understand completely when you say that you had a hard time letting go of control and giving it to Christ. That is how it was with me when I was first saved. So many people in my life had let me down so it was difficult for me to trust that Jesus would not. Unfortunately, in order to live a life of victory in your Christian walk, you MUST let go of your ability and start trusting that Christ is all that yu need. You will only grow weary trying to make things happen yourself. We don’t have the power to fight all the powers of darkness and to meet the struggles of our lives by our own strength. I will be praying for you, Glenn, because I know that the same God who took me through that weakness will also do the same for you. It is a process. You must just take the first steps of faith and grow in your trust. Do you remember in Mark 9:24 when Jesus was asked by a man to heal his son who was possessed? Jesus told the man, “Everything is possible for him who believes“. At that, the man replied, ” I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”. That is where you are, Glenn. You have areas of unbelief. You are listening to the enemy who is telling you that your situation is impossible or that God will not show up in time. Those are lies from hell because as Jesus promised, all things are possible if you believe and trust God! All things! You have been trying for too long to work all things out yourself. You need to now rest in Jesus. That is something you may not be comfortable with, Glenn, but with his help, you can do it. I know you want to get to that level of trusting all that Christ says. Take the first step. So many times in my life I would give my problems to God only to take them back when I thought he was taking too long. I always thought I had to have a back-up plan in case he failed me. Imagine that blashpemy! I wasn’t living in victory. I was still in bondage to lies from hell. Yet, I remember so well how the Apostle Peter got out of the boat in a storm and started to walk to the water by the power of Jesus. The only reason he started to sink was that he took his eyes off of Christ. He looked at the powerful winds and high waves and made them bigger than his God who was standing right there with him!! That is exactly what we do in our life, Glenn.

In order to trust your God, you must know him. Put aside your time to be with him in his word. Learn who he is and let him reveal to you things you never knew about him. As you seek him out, you will feel him empowering you in your life. Ask Jesus to help you in any area of unbelief. I believe you do desire that and he is going to honor your prayer. I will be praying each night for you. I take all of these prayer requests very seriously as being given to me by God. I have now come to a point in my life where I am not going to take my eyes off Christ no matter how big the storms in my life are. Nothing has the power to destroy a child of God so do not listen to the enemy when he whispers those lies to you. Hi Jeff, I read your request and will for sure be praying for you on this. I wanted to pray now for you before I even answered you on this matter. First of all, I want you to understand that it is NOT wrong to ask God for things. In fact we are commanded in ALL things to present our requests to God whether big or small. I don’t fully understand your relationship to this woman. Are you both in a committed relationship or is that just something you want but don’t have right now? At any rate, God knows your heart, Jeff, and he knows the person that he wants you to be with. If you can pray and trust him, he will give you what is right and good. It may be that this woman is the right one for you. That is why you should continue to pray for her and ask God to guide her. I will be praying for God to give you discernment on this relationship. I don’t know how long she is going to be away from you so it is hard to give you much advice.

For right now, just keep praying and asking God for his will in your life. And you must be ready to accept what it is, Jeff. If you try to make something happen on your own it will fail. You cannot make this woman into what you want if that is not who she is. Please understand me when I say that you need to wait on God for his answer. There is nothing worse than to be unhappy in a miserable marriage that should never have happened. You sound like an intelligent, super nice guy and you deserve to have someone who knows you and loves you for who you are.

Hi Faye, God led you to this site because this is something I also have dealt with. I can tell you with authority that if you will trust your future to Christ, he will not fail to restore you to wholeness. I know that pain that you are feeling. It is hard to rebound from a broken marriage. And it is too heavy for you to carry this burden but you were never supposed to carry it alone! Jesus said that we are to give all of our burdens to him for his yoke is light. He will carry this pain for you, Faye, if you can trust him. And I want you to know one very important fact. If you are a believer in the finished work of Christ and he reigns in your heart, I do not have to pray for your deliverance. You have ALREADY been delivered from everything that comes against you the moment Christ came to live in you. You need to know that and to walk in that truth. It is the enemy who is whispering his lies of defeat in your ear and you are listening to him! God has a plan for your life and this divorce has no power to disrupt the purpose God has for you. You are not empty – that is what the enemy wants you to believe. If you walk in defeat, you will feel defeated. If you walk in the truth that you are a child of the living God, made for his purpose and an heir to his kingdom, then you cannot walk as anything but the conqueror that Christ has made you to be! This painful trial has no power to destroy you but what you give it. Stop making this bad time out to be bigger than the God you serve. He sees your life from beginning to end, Faye! Do you think that he does not have the power to help you to rise above any struggle you have? In order to move ahead in your life, you must let go of your pain. The only way to do that is to release it to Christ. I know that sounds too simplistic but let me assure you that it is not. Each day, purpose in your heart that you will trust God for this day. Memeorize 2 Timothy 1:12 which says, “For I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that he is able to guard that which I give to him for this day”. That was said by the Apostle Paul as he was in prison and getting ready to be killed! You have to KNOW your God, my sister! The only way to do that is to read your bible each day and let the truth of God’s word soak into your heart. It is there that you will know without a doubt that your God is with you and that he will not let you drown in your tears. His future for you is real! You are going to be fine. If God has deemed it so, he will find someone that he wants for you in your life. Please do not try to make it happen on your own for you are too vulnerable at this time. Let him work this out.

Good for you, Glenn! You have started the process of surrendering all things to Christ. It is there that he can meet you and lift those burdens that you have been trying for so long to carry yourself. You can’t do it alone. We all try but ultimately we all need the Lord! But that is a good thing. This world is not our home. Christ has gone to prepare a place for us where there will be no more problems and sorrow. For now, he wants us to come to him as little children. That means that we must trust him with all things and at all times. That may sound easy but really it is very hard to give up control,especially when you have been let down by people in the past. You need to understand that by surrendering your fears, your stress and your weariness, you are allowing the power of Christ to work through you. Even the strength to stay focused and standing in our faith despite our problems must come from Christ. We don’t have the power to defeat the spiritual forces of evil that come against us every single day. It is the fact that Christ lives in us that we are assured that his power is greater than anything that comes against us.

Glenn, you are so busy trying to be everything for everyone. You will burn out. You will probably say that you don’t have a choice. The truth is that you do have a choice. Each day begin with time with the Lord. First thing in the morning, seek out the wisdom and knowledge of Christ. Ask him to lead you in all that he wants to do through you for that day. He will show you what you are to do and what you are not to do. Lean on him and his strength. Let his peace fill you. Without a doubt he can help you through this. The most important thing is to spend time in his presence and read the word. That is your power! Jesus told his disciples in Mark 6:31 to, “Come with me by yourself to a quiet place and get some rest”. That is a word for you, Glenn.

I will be lifting you up in prayer for the serious situation that you are facing. It is when you take impossible situations and trust that your God has no limitations that you will unleash his power in your life. Hi Anne, I am so sorry for what you are going through. I am praying right now for God’s protection on you and your family and that he will refute those who come against you in court! It is such a shame that your son has to be part of this bad situation. I pray for God to give you wisdom in this matter and that you will have the representation that you need in this case. I also pray that the judge or magistrate will see through this control tactic and find in favor of you. Always remember when things like this happen to immediately turn it over to God. He is the final word in every single battle a believer faces. Don’t surrender your joy to the enemy because Christ paid the price for the hope you have. It is not for sale to the lies of a defeated enemy. God’s power will work in your life and he has declared you a winner. I will be praying for you every night. Please read your bible each day so that you will know the truth and walk in it. Whenever I feel out of control and unable to do anything in the struggles I face, I always go to the Lord in his word. With that said, you have an intercessor who goes before the Father in heaven for you each day. I will be joining and praying for favor from God for you on this job. Hi Louise, I read your request and I have been praying for you. I know you are in pain over this relationship with Mike and it is consuming your thoughts. I want you to remember that God knows your heart and he knows how to provide what is good for you. The fact that Mike is thinking of marrying another woman seems to indicate that he does not know what he really wants. Louise, I will pray for God’s perfect will for your life and that he will help you through this painful situation. I know you want Mike back in your life but is that a good thing? I don’t know. You probably feel very hopeless but you shouldn’t. First of all, if it is good, Mike will be back to you. But if it is not, God can help your heart to heal and he can bring the right mate for you if you can trust him. I can tell you that there was a time when I thought I was going to drown in my own tears over someone. It was a difficult time for me. In the end, God got me through it and now when I look back, I can see how it would have been so destructive for me to have been with this person. I didn’t think so then, but time has a way of opening your eyes to things that love blinded you to. You do not have to ever sell yourself short and settle for a man who does not want to be in your life. You deserve more than that. The reason that more than half of all marriages end in divorce is that people think that the troubles in their relationship will get better after they are married. That doesn’t happen. Problems get worse not better.

Louise, you should be with a man who loves and respects you and wants nothing more than to be with you. You are worth that! I know how you feel. God knows the answer to this so I will give it to him each night. You will be okay no matter what happens. I have been there and I know. Hi Louise, it is always okay and good to tell God everything that you feel and what you desire. He wants to hear your heart. He may have a way to work things out for you. Just be prepared to pray and surrender to the will of God, whatever that may be. You said that it is hard for you to just leave it to God because you ffel like you are then losing control and giving up. Actually, Louise, it is quite the opposite! The moment that you leave it all to the perfect will of God, you gain everything! You aren’t giving up to failure, you are giving it up to God to do with as he pleases. If you knew that God saw destruction and pain for you if you ended up with Mike, would you still want him to give you what you want?

Hi Glenn, it does look like you are finding some rest in God and for that I am happy. I will continue to pray for you and your wife and family each night. Last night, I was praying that God would really show you that he was with you in a very real way. Sometimes when we get to the end of our strength, we sometimes forget that God is there working things out for us even though we can’t see or hear him. The reason I am so passionate in my messages is that I have seen firsthand what God can do in the storm! Once he has taken you through a painful struggle, you are never the same. The hope I try to relay to others comes from what I know to be true. I don’t just give nice words. With God’s help, I speak of his unfailing promises. I know that you are dreading this court case with your ex-husband but you need to realize that your God is already in that courtroom. He has chosen the Judge to preside and he has ordained the outcome. You just need to trust him in this matter! I am praying for protection for your son. This situation is making him insecure and that should not happen. He is starting to fear. I am praying that God will keep your son in peace and that he will heal him of the pain that he feels over this matter.

The reason you feel drained and anxious with your former spouse is that you are giving him too much power. By that I mean that your fears and anxiety make him think that he is in control. You know what I have said so many times but I always repeat it because it is truth: NEVER LET YOUR PROBLEM BE BIGGER THAN YOUR GOD!. It was God himself who gave you your son. Does he not have the power to work all things out for you and your son? Don’t let the lies of the enemy wear on you. Your husband may not do right, and he may think that his money can buy him whatever he wants; but he will now be going against the army of the living God and that is one battle he cannot win!

Hi Meg, I have lifted up K to be restored to wholeness and for his total healing. The bible tells us that God knows the plans he has for us and that each was numbered before even one of them came to be. We also know that God knows the beginning and end of our life. Nothing is hidden from him. Because of his power and love, I am praying for K to be made new and to have a peace while God is doing his work. I pray that all around him will know that it was the true God who healed K and that K will know without a doubt that the hand of God touched his body. I am praying for God to comfort him. Hi Celeste, I will be praying for you. I am so sorry that you lost the child you were carrying. I hope you know that these children are now in the face of God and they will never suffer. One day you will see all of those children. For now, it is an immense heartache for women who have trouble conceiving. My heart is with you. I had a friend who had five miscarriages like you. She opted to adopt a beautiful baby girl. Then, she got pregnant with twins and also had another child after that! I don’t know if you will have children naturally, I just know that God can do great things and that he knows your heart. I do not believe for one second that he took this child so you could focus on him. Celeste, we won’t know until we are with him one day, but there was a reason that they did not make it. God does not punish you that way. I do hope that you draw near to him because he is the source of all your comfort and peace. Read your bible each day and find out something new about him. Just a chapter each day gives you strength and power to face all of your pain and struggles. God is going to take you through this pain, Celeste. Our Lord knows how to give us good things. Although we must stay strong in this dark and perishing world, God’s plan for us will stand the test and he will not fail to fulfill all that he has planned for our lives. Hi Mindy, I am so glad that God brought you here. I take these prayer requests to heart and I will be lifting you up in prayer each night. You are at a low point in your life and it is making you feel like you are not worth much. Those thoughts come from the enemy who wants to take you down. The truth is that God has a perfect plan for your life. The truth is that you were fearfully and wonderfully made and that all that concerns you was designed by God for his purposes. You may be feeling weak now, but you must focus on the fact that if you have a relationship with Christ and you have surrendered your life to him, you have the limitless power of the Spirit of God living in you. I will be praying continuously for your father. I know that he is loved by Christ, I will be praying for the mercy of God to heal and restore him that we all may give glory to God! The truth of it all is that God does not care what stage your cancer is in. One is not more difficult than the other for him to heal. His power transcends all sickness and disease. To those who belong to Christ, we have been given access to the throne of grace to offer our petitions and have them heard and answered. It does not matter what the doctors say for the final verdict always belongs to God who has numbered our days before one of them came to be.

Be sure to read your Scripture daily so that the truth of all that I say will become very real to you. Let his power protect you from the lies of the enemy who wants you to feel defeated. Nothing is impossible for God. Never let your circumstance limit God’s power. He will always be bigger and more than able to do all things!

Hi Angela, whenever my heart is grieved, I take it to Christ, the only one who can heal me. I will be lifting up your situation and praying for God to bring a resolution that will give you peace. Once you surrender this problem to God, you learn to trust that he hears and that he will work it out for your good. Whatver is causing you pain in the relationship with this family must all be given to Christ for him to work it out. As difficult as it is, just keep up your prayers for them and for God to touch the mother’s heart and soften it to do good. You can rest knowing that the final outcome is always in his hands. Use this time to grow closer to God. The stresses and strife of your life can distract you from your relationship with him. He knows your story, Angela, and he wrote the final chapter. Dear Kriana, this is a terrible situation and my heart is with you. God of course did not plan this but he did know of it. I don’t know what you could do to stop this affair but maybe you could talk privately to your mother and tell her that she is hurting many people with her actions. Confront her with all that you know and let her know that this affair will cost her more than she is willing to pay. Then all you can do is pray for her and your uncle. Pray for their eyes to be open to their sin. Pray for God to help restore the marriages of your mother and your uncle. I will join in praying for them too. This is how the enemy breaks up families and destroys hope! Do not tell anyone else. Wait and see what happens. I know that eventually, your mother’s sinful actions will find her out. My heart breaks for you but I have been praying for you since I received your comment while I was away on a trip. I have added you and your husband to my prayer list and I will be praying faithfully for God to completely restore your husbands health and for your serious financial problems.
Tina, those financial problems can make you feel weary and burdened. There may be some mornings when just getting out of bed takes effort. I don’t know how God is going to help you but I know that he is! I hope that you read your bible daily and gain strength from just knowing how Christ has helped so many people who were in worse shape than you. Jesus is not a respecter of persons. He does not do good for one of his own and not the other. Although, his plan is different for each of us, at the core of his purpose for our lives is an amazing plan of victory . He has plans for your life that you can not even imagine! If you knew where he took me from and where he brought me to, you would understand why I speak with knowledge on the God we serve. We are all in hopeless, helpless situations but that is okay. It is at that point when we can do nothing for ourselves that the power of God is manifested abundantly for those who believe! Tina, no matter how anxious or fearful you may be in your situation, somehow I just know that you have that mustard seed of faith that is going to believe even when you can’t see how God is going to do it. He is not going to be late. It may seem like it, but you watch and see.

Hi Juliet, I read through your request and I must say that I see “red flags” here in this relationship. First of all, Danny is not being very truthful. To say that he gave his friend money, then said it was a loan, then changed it back to it was not a loan. What reasonable explanation could there be for this kind of answer? He is hiding something. Also, there is something not right about this woman who can just come to his house at anytime and to tell him not to touch you.
Juliet, I know you feel badly about losing what you thought was a life-partner but I think it was for the best. There is nothing worse than ending up with someone that you cannot trust or who listens to other people over you. I believe that God has the right one for you but that he will make it happen in his timing. I will be praying for you in this matter. I know you are brokenhearted over this all.

Hi Shawn, I know the battle you are in right now is a fierce one but I know that your faith and trust in God is going to take you through it all. Financial problems can bring stress upon the best of marriages. You must work against this trial to not let it enter into your relationship. If you and your husband will join together to seek God and his help with your finances, he will find a way to provide for you. Sometimes people act out under pressure of money problems. When worry replaces faith, fear takes over and couples sometimes turn on each other. Shawn, take this struggle to the throne of God. Don’t let this temporary setback make you give up. Your marriage is a vow to God must be taken very seriously. Jesus died so that you would have victory in every situation no matter how impossible it seems now. It is good that you have committed to save your marriage. God will honor that.

Anonymous, we all grow confused and weary in the battlesof this life. It is hard to trust God when your world seems to be falling apart. My heart is with you, my friend. If you look closely in all of my writings, you can see that I am not giving you just words in these messages, I am speaking of things that I know and that God has taken me through. I once thought I was literally going to drown in my own tears. The truth is that God will never allow you to perish in your difficulty. He is working it out for those who belong to him. He is using your pain to bring you closer to him and have a greater knowledge of his power. You are not going to fail because God is bigger than the mountains you face. There is always hope for those who put their trust in Christ. It was God who created the heavens and the earth with just his command. Don’t ever believe that he is not enough to help you through your pain.

I believe it was God who brough you to this site because that is always my prayer for him to reach those who need to hear the message he gave me to write. I pray constantly for all who visit here. Remember in Genesis how Joseph had to sit in prison for years for something he didn’t do. Those years weren’t wasted time. God was working out the bigger picture.
