I seek first the kingdom of Christ because everything else in this world is perishing. All that I have is from God who is always faithful. I have worked hard all my life and will continue as long as God lends me breath. The mistakes and bad judgments I made in my life all stemmed from me trying to work things out by myself. I have learned the hard way that the victory over all of my problems and the answers to all of my desires lie solely in my Savior, Jesus Christ. It is now my desire to share the words that God gives me to encourage and give hope to others who need the strength that only faith in Christ can give.

My dear sister, I am so glad you enjoyed the message God gave me to write. Actually, I needed to re-read it myself to the let the truths that I wrote about sink into my heart. You are truly a great friend and I appreciate you so much. I am praying for you, Victoria. We may live far from each other but you are as near as my heart. God has made us sister. Love you. Thank you so much for this! My family has been torn apart for money after a death. I had to put my stepdad in a facility due to his severe illness and my mom had a heart attack. No one cares for them but me. I gave up my job and put my life aside as a child should do for their parents. My siblings are spreading lies about me, yet my Lord is my ROCK and will handle my battles. My stepdad has passed and I’m caring for my mom. These words confirmed God’s love for me. Continue to pray for me.

Hi Rhonda, I am so sorry for the unnecessary strife that is in your life. Sometimes the ones closest to you can hurt you more than anyone. I will pray for you and that your siblings will stop their lies against you. I pray for unity in your family. My sister, God will bless you for all you are doing to help your parents. By honoring them, you are giving honor to God. Now that your stepdad is gone, your mother will need you to help her even more. God will help you and I pray that you have the strength and stamina to do what you can to help. You are not alone, my friend, nor is your battle too difficult for Christ to take you through to victory. God bless you and stay strong in your faith. I have been going through struggles for years with adult children & have become weary.

Dear Becky, I have already begun praying for you. We all become weary in life, my sister. As the days grow shorter, it is clear that the enemy wants to distract and frustrate those who belong to Christ.
I am so glad that God led you to this site. His purpose for you is not going to fail, dear friend. He will take you through to victory all the way to the end. He has not forgotten you. He sees where you are and knows your pain and uncertainty. Never doubt that he is in the middle of it all and working out HIS purpose for your trials. Though it is is not easy to undestand God’s ways, please remember that Christ died to give you a life with hope and that no one and not even the gates of hell can stop that.
